IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR DRINKING WATER
Availability of Monitoring Data for Unregulated Contaminants for City of Rock Falls Water
Our water system has been sampled for a series of unregulated contaminants. Unregulated contaminants are those that don’t yet have a drinking water standard set by the EPA. The purpose of monitoring these contaminants is to help the EPA decide whether the contaminants should be of a standard. As our customers, you have a right to know that this data is available. If you are interested in examining the results, please contact the Rock Falls Utility Office located at Rock Falls City Hall, 603 W 10th Street or call the office at 815-622-1115 for a copy of the results. The sample results will be sent out March 2026 with the Utility Bills and will be posted on the City’s Website www.rockfalls61071.net under the City News Section and the Water Department Page.
