Water Department
The Rock Falls Water Department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of water service for residents of the City of Rock Falls and the Iron Removal Facility located just South of Dillon School. We are licensed by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to protect the public health and the environment with our services.
The City of Rock Falls is required by the Illinois EPA regulations and Municipal Ordinance to conduct a Cross-Connection Control Survey every three years. Please Click on the following link to complete the survey. Thank You. Residential Cross Connection Control Survey for City Water Users Only

National League of Cities — Service Line Warranty Program
The NLC Service Line Warranty Program, administered by Utility Service Partners, helps city residents save thousands of dollars on the high cost of repairing broken or leaking water or sewer lines. This program is offered to the residents of Rock Falls and is endorsed by the National League of Cities.
